Thank you to all of our keynote speakers, delegates and guests who attended ACEM-ASM 2015 in Brisbane. Your contribution was essential to the success of the Meeting. We look forward to seeing you again at the next Meeting in Queenstown in 2016.

On behalf the ACEM-ASM 2015 Organising Committee I wish to extend an invitation to you and your colleagues to participate in this exciting Meeting, which anticipates bringing together some 700 attendees (Fellows, trainees, nurses, allied health practitioners, and medical students) involved in Emergency Health Care.

A comprehensive program is currently being developed surrounding the theme of ’It’s About Time’, a topic which is central to the professional and social life of every emergency health care worker. The program will feature internationally and nationally renowned speakers from across the globe – including Dr Ian Norton (WHO, Geneva), Professor Jonathan Benger, National Clinical Director for Urgent Care (United Kingdom), Dr Michael Ardagh, University of Otago, (New Zealand) and Dr Peter Viccellio, Vice Chairman, Department of Emergency Medicine & Associate Chief Medical Officer, Health Sciences Center (USA). More speakers will be announced shortly.

The Meeting will also address topics surrounding such areas of Resuscitation, Geriatrics, Paediatrics, Cardiology, Trauma & Military, Medical Education, The Cost of Healthcare, Change Management, Public Health & Injury Prevention, Technology and Social Media in the ED, Disaster Health, Palliative Care & End of Life Care, International Emergency Medicine, Bariatrics, Sepsis, and much more!

Highlights of the Meeting will be in gaining insight from keynote plenary speakers, participation in workshops and breakout sessions along with networking within the trade exhibition.

This experience will be complemented by a variety of social events including a ‘Pool Party themed’ Welcome Reception, ‘White Night’ themed Gala Dinner Event and array of optional social activities – dragon boat racing, water activities, yoga, a twilight bike ride – just to name a few.

The ACEM-ASM 2015 is the ideal opportunity to share knowledge, discuss current issues, and debate future solutions with peers and industry alike.

We encourage you to save the dates in your calendar and register your expression of interest today, this way you can be kept up to date with the latest information and program news. We look forward to welcoming you to ACEM-ASM 2015.

Yours sincerely,

Dr Anthony Bell
